We include a reasonable number of revisions in our project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope may require a new agreement and timeline adjustment.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope provided. Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, missing information, etc.) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes as early as possible.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by project type and will be specified in individual agreements. Generally:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly
• Refunds for unused services may be available at our discretion

9. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information without consent, except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
